Adventures in NJ
Many of you know Clint and Grammie are with me this year to recruit students in NJ for my job. We are having a great time BUT we miss Dan [Dada] A LOT!
He is now 10 months old ... he started walking full time last week and has two more teeth on the top [finally]. His bottom two teeth came in when he was 7 months old so its taken a looooong time for these two to arrive.
Here are some recent pictures of our guy Clint.
Morning mischief
See my new teeth everybody
On the go in our hotel room.

Clint Hearts Cheerios
A lot has happened over the last several months. At 6 months {May} he started crawling full force. Seven months {June} not ONE but TWO teeth emerge. He went on his first road trip with Mama to a conference in Saratoga Springs. He also learned to crawl up all the stairs to our second floor. This month {July} marks 8 months he is standing almost by himself and saying Mama and Dada now. He also became a avid hiker with our first family vacation to Bar Harbor, Maine. AND AND ...
I could barely wait to see my little Bugaboo try Cheerios. But he is now eating them like a professional [well sorta]. Grammie caught him on film. I just love the photos.
You want me to try that hahahaha
Ok I guess it could be good ...
Let me see if I can get it in my mouth
Success ... its good give me more, give me more!
Well we started to call him Bean or Beaner. It's short for Busy Bean because he NEVER, EVER sits idle not even in his sleep!!!
When I have more time I plan to post pictures of our first family vacation in Maine.
Keep enjoying the summer everybody!!

Crazy Clint Crosbie
Clint is now seven months and 6 days old. We've been having a lot of fun with him lately. He is crawling at full speed. He just loves Moose [and his food] so much, he smiles and talks to him and tries to throw his toys for him. His also loves pulling himself up. He just squeals and giggles when he does it.
He is now eating veggies and cereal. I tried to feed him pears and peaches. He does NOT like them at all for now. I suppose I will try again in another week or so.
We had a family shopping trip to Wal-Mart and we decided to buy him a bouncy ball. I am not sure he likes it. Watch the video and see if you can figure it out.
I know I love his giggle too.
Clint is such a great kid. I take him for 4+ mile runs/walks and he never fusses. I was starting to feel guilty, poor kid goes and never gets to do anything on these excursions.
So, I decided we would walk to the park and see if he was ready to partake. Grammie was up for walking down and meeting us too. Thankfully, she took these great photos of his first time at the park.
He was not too impressed with the swing. Grammie as the voice of Clint ... "Mama this is dumb I can't even reach the ground."
We went down the slide together
Gram even got in on the action
He tried climbing the rock wall
We were on the swing together
Also Clint showed his riding talents on the bug rider thingy
It will be fun to go back again on a warmer day and when he is a little bigger. But for now, we are enjoying him being "little".
I hope everyone is doing well and starting to enjoy summer!

Clint Crosbie are you Paying Attention
Hi all, did you miss us?? Our little chunky monkey is now six months old. He recognizes his name especially when Grammie [my Mom] says "Clint Crosbie are you paying attention". He turns to you with a gigantic smile that melts your whole body not just your heart. Its pretty amazing he knows his name considering he has so many nicknames like monkey butt, chunky monkey, The Big Kahuna [really only used at bath time], Bugaboo, Little Man and the list goes on.
We went for his well baby appointment last Friday and the dreaded shots. Are you ready for this ....
He is becoming more and more mobile as he has learned to crawl. He also knows how to squeal and blow raspberries and stand up. He is eating cereal and veggies now too. A lot has changed over the last two months.
Below is just a little treat for you. Please send us a note as we would love to hear from you all. My email is crosbikm@potsdam.edu and Dan's email is crozz66@hotmail.com or post a comment below!!!
Here is a little video Grammie put together. Brace yourself he has changed quite a bit ...

Our Chunky Monkey
I know, I know it has been too long. Clint had his 4 month check up last week and the STUPID booster shots. He was a tough guy this time he only cried a little bit.
He now weighs a whooping 15lbs 3 oz and is 23 3/4" tall. He is "very social" according to the pediatrician. But, there is a small concern with his left foot. It appears to turn in slightly [she gave us a medical term for it but I can't remember it right now]. Anywhoo he has to go to Syracuse to see an orthopedic pediatric specialist in April. I am hoping this is a proactive / preventive trip and everything will "work itself out".
Clint is getting more and more cute and vocal by the minute. He loves to chatter with just about everyone these days. Sleeping better during the nights and eating a little [1 tablespoon] of cereal at dinner time with Mama's milk. Nothing to crazy its simply just a taste. He was getting pretty curious when Dan and I would be eating dinner in front of him.

Why we love him ...
He makes crazy faces and expressions
He is super cool
He knows how to chill out
He is ours ... the end!
